What is Agriturismo IL TREBBIO
The "Il Trebbio" farmhouse takes its name from a quiet village of ancient agricultural traditions 3 km away from Sansepolcro, in the Upper Tiber Valley, an enchanting corner of Tuscany near Marche, Umbria and Romagna. It is part of a farm that has belonged to the same family for generations, with land in Florence (vegetable garden, fruit and olive trees) and Trebbio, adjacent to the farmhouse, with cereals, vegetable garden and a small vinsanto vineyard.
At Trebbio you will find the genuine products of the company: fruit, vegetables, oil, honey, jams and preserves; with this production the company is part of the "Strada dei Sapori", sponsored by the province of Arezzo, an initiative aimed at the knowledge and enhancement of local gastronomy.
Guests have access to a pleasant reading corner, pastimes for children, fresh produce from the garden, barbecue, table tennis, bicycles.
A few meters from us, an archaeological site with finds from the Iron Age; the excavations, carried out each summer in July and August, are directed by the University of Siena in collaboration with the Archaeological Group of Sansepolcro.
Golf enthusiasts have at their disposal at the Circolo Golf Caldese (km. 12 from Trebbio) the nine-hole course recognized by the Fed. It. Golf, the PICTH Practice Field and the regular driving range for the use of woods.
