During the ‘high season’ (June 6th to September 27th) , rentals are available only on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday).

During the ‘low season’ it is possible to book for periods shorter than a week: The fees include: use of swimming pool, electricity, water, gas, heating, towels for swimming pool, use of laundry facility and continental breakfast.

Upon request: cleaning of the apartment and mid-week change of linen, and laundry service are available. The apartments are available starting from 5pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

The owner maintains the right to enter the apartments for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
