Only the best ripened fruit and freshest vegetables are picked and used with no additives following old family recipes by simply adding sugar, spices and lemon juice. These are then sterilised and stored in little pots.
Besides the more traditional jams and preserves, other delicacies are: - vegetable purees - Tuscan mustards - figs preserved in brandy - tomato passata
Following a traditional recently rediscovered recipe, "fruit preserved in a demijohn", seasonal fruit is soaked in a demijohn with alcohol and sugar.
The quality of the Trebbio products has been recognised by membership of the prestigious "Strada dei Sapori" (the route of flavours) of the Upper Tiber Valley which is sponsored by the Arezzo Chamber of Commerce with the aim of promoting and bringing to a wider audience the gastronomic specialities of the Valley.

The preserves and chutneys of the Trebbio estate will appeal equally to those who are looking for the traditional flavours of bye-gone days or those who are tempted for the first time to try these marvellous products. The exquisitely flavoured chutneys are the perfect accompaniment for cheeses and make ideal presents for friends.
Paola Perugini's estate and her preserves have been recommended in "Golosario of Paolo Massobrio" since 2006. Paola has also taken part in the
following the gastronomical events such as "Squisito" in 2006-2007-2008 and "Cento Gusti dell'Appennino" (Anghiari gastronimical show) for three consecutive years.
Paola also takes part in the series of gastronimic tasting of the "Strada dei Sapori".
